Creams for Feet and Vegan Eco-Bio: how to make them at home

Our feet are a very important part of the body and we have to take care, especially if we are women and we like to look beautiful always and in every centimeter of skin. Do not miss all the beauty products,even for the feet, but not all are natural and totally harmless. You can, however, find ways to create natural cosmetics “vegan”, then one hundred percent natural, at home.

Banana cream and “caring avocado”: remedies Vegan

Say first of all that the feet do not want too much effort, for treatment. If we take the habit of doing every night a foot bath with hot water and, once a week, a foot bath with hot water and salt dissolved we still soft and healthy feet. At this, however, you can also add more specific cosmetic treatments though “homemade”. For example, sacrificing a banana once a week we could have a good natural cream. Just blend it far enough to reduce it to a pulp and apply it to the hardest part of the foot (heels or sides of the plant), hold the compress 10 minutes and then remove and rinse. In a few sessions they will soften calluses and they will disappear.

Against the cracks and calluses: Mix three tablespoons of avocado oil (or almond cake), a teaspoon of peppermint oil, massage your feet with this solution for three minutes and then rinse with warm water. And here is a soft foot and fragrant! For tired feet or circulation problems and itching, after washing the feet rub with aloe gel (obtained by cutting and squeezing one of the leaves of the plant). Remember to do this operation with gloves, is not very healthy trace of this gel on your fingers then maybe prepare dinner!

Remedies Eco-bio: lemon, honey and butter

Other natural remedies you can do at home to take care of the beauty and health of your feet are: massage with lemon and honey wrap. For the first, squeeze 4 or 5 lemons and collect the juice in a bowl, then soak a soft sponge and massage the feet that immediately after wrap it in a cloth or towel and let stand for 15 minutes.

Finally, rinse with warm water and dry. The wrap with honey provides: 2 tablespoons coarse salt-1-teaspoon honey 1 tablespoon lemon juice extra virgin olive-oil and a preparation which involves a foot bath with plain water to begin with, then dry well and then, after mixed together all the ingredients, spread on the feet and rubbed with scrub effect.

This can eliminate dry skin, keeping feet soft, fragrant and free from harmful bacteria. One last idea is the wrap with shea butter, which is slowly softened his hands, spread on the feet and then covered with the  socks cotton that you will keep for a few hours (preferably overnight). The next day, removed the socks, you can rinse and carefully dry your feet and start for a new day of work and life.
